The six drawers of the wellness cabinet

Every service at BODYJOYBAR LLC lives in a labeled drawer, kept stocked and measured by hand at our bar on 1796 S 450 E in Orem, Utah. Read what each drawer holds, how a visit is shaped and how to plan a course of rituals that actually fits your life.

What the cabinet holds

We keep the menu short on purpose. Six drawers, each one refined until it can be delivered the same careful way on a busy Saturday as on a quiet Tuesday morning. Nothing here is an upsell; every drawer exists because guests asked for it and kept coming back.

01

Vitamin Infusion Bar

The vitamin infusion bar is the farthest-forward drawer in the cabinet and the one most guests meet first. A registered clinician reviews your history, your recent labs when you bring them, and the way you have been sleeping and training, then draws up an intravenous blend matched to that picture. Common formulas support hydration, immune resilience, energy and recovery, and every bag is compounded in front of you so you can see exactly what is going in. The drip is delivered slowly, usually over thirty to sixty minutes, while you rest in a recliner under a warm blanket with something quiet playing in the room.

We do not run infusions as a novelty. Before your first session a practitioner checks for contraindications, confirms medications and explains the realistic effects and timelines, because a good infusion is a measured clinical act rather than a quick boost. Afterward we log the blend, the volume and your response, so the next visit starts from a known place. Guests often pair a shorter infusion with botanical skin therapy or a gentle massage to make the most of a single trip to Orem.

Botanical Skin Therapy

Botanical skin therapy is drawn from plant actives rather than a wall of synthetic products. Our therapists work with chamomile, oat, green clay, rosehip and cold-pressed oils, blending masks and compresses to suit reactive, dry or congested skin. A session begins with a careful read of your skin under warm light and a short conversation about what it has been reacting to, from weather to travel to a new routine. From there the therapist layers the blend slowly, allowing each step to settle before the next one is added.

The goal is a calm, comfortable barrier rather than an aggressive polish. We avoid harsh exfoliation on already-stressed skin and we never push a long product list. Instead we teach the small habits that keep results going at home, then schedule a sensible interval for the next visit. Botanical skin therapy pairs naturally with a consultation for guests dealing with persistent sensitivity, and with bodywork for anyone who wants a full reset of both face and shoulders in one appointment.

Massage and Body Rituals

Massage and body rituals make up the deepest drawer, where heat, pressure and rhythm do the heavy work. We offer therapeutic deep tissue for stubborn knots, gentle Swedish work for recovery weeks and warm stone sessions that ease a back shaped by months at a desk. Each therapist checks in at the start and again midway, adjusting pressure and focus so the hour fits the body on that particular day rather than following a fixed script. Warm towels, quiet music and firm, unhurried hands are the standard in every room.

We also run restorative rituals that combine breath work, stretching and long, slow strokes for guests who arrive wound tight and need to come down before anything deeper happens. If you are unsure which style suits you, say so at booking and we will match you with the right therapist and the right length. Bodywork is the drawer most often paired with infusions, since the two together address both the internal and the physical side of a hard season.

Wellness Consultations

Before any remedy is poured, we open the consultation drawer. A practitioner sits with you for thirty to forty-five minutes, reviews your history, asks honest questions about sleep, stress, diet and training, and then explains which services make sense for your situation and which do not. This is where goals are written down, expectations are set and a realistic plan is drawn for the coming weeks. It is also where we say no when a service would not serve you, and where we point you toward a different provider if that is the better answer.

Consultations are available on their own or bundled with a first treatment, and they are required for new guests before any infusion. You leave with written notes covering what was discussed, what was recommended, what it will cost and how soon to return. We keep those notes in your chart so that future visits build on them instead of starting over. Guests tell us this single drawer is the reason they trust the rest of the cabinet.

Membership Programs

Membership programs turn one-time treatments into a rhythm. A monthly plan sets a regular infusion, a body ritual on a sensible interval and priority booking on the days that fill fastest, so recovery becomes part of your calendar rather than a rare rescue. Members also receive first notice when a new seasonal blend is steeped and waiting on the shelf, along with a short note explaining what it is for and who it suits. The value is continuity: we already know your history, so each visit starts further along.

We keep the tiers few and the terms plain. There are no hidden fees, no auto-upgrades and no pressure to use every credit in a rush. If a month is busy and you cannot come in, the plan is designed to bend rather than break. Members can pause, shift a session or gift one to a family member with a simple message to the bar. We would rather keep a guest for years at a fair rate than sell a flashy package that nobody finishes.

Corporate Wellness Days

Corporate wellness days bring the cabinet to your team, either in a quiet room at your office or here at the Orem bar. We set up short infusion or chair massage stations, keep the schedule moving so nobody waits long, and staff the day with the same practitioners who work our regular rooms. Teams use these days to recover after a launch, thank staff after a hard quarter or simply make wellness a normal part of the working week. We plan each event in advance with a named coordinator from BODYJOYBAR LLC so expectations are clear on both sides.

A typical day runs four to six hours and can serve a small leadership group or a larger department in rotating slots. We handle the setup, the consent forms, the privacy of each station and the cleanup, and we send a short summary afterward covering participation and any follow-up recommendations. If your team would rather visit us, we can block out the bar for a morning and run a private schedule. Either way, the day is built around your people rather than a rigid package.

How a course is shaped

From first question to steady rhythm

Services are not sold in isolation. We sequence them so that each visit builds on the last, and so that you always know where you are in the plan and what comes next. The four stages below describe how most guests move through the cabinet over their first few months.

  • Stage one

    Consult

We open with a wellness consultation, take a full history and agree on what success should look like for you in plain, measurable terms.

  • Stage two

    Stabilize

The first few weeks focus on the most urgent need, usually an infusion series or a course of bodywork to bring symptoms down to a workable baseline.

  • Stage three

    Maintain

Once you are stable we space sessions out, add botanical skin therapy or lighter rituals and let the rhythm carry the results forward.

  • Stage four

    Review

Every quarter we revisit the notes, adjust the plan and decide together what to keep, what to drop and what the next season should hold.
