Before you arrive
Bring a photo ID and any recent lab work if you have it. Eat something light beforehand, drink water, and allow a little extra time for your first visit so the consultation is not rushed. Wear comfortable clothing if you are booked for bodywork, and let us know in advance about mobility needs so we can prepare the right room.
Finding the bar
We sit on 450 E in Orem, a short drive from the freeway with parking directly outside the door. The counter is the first thing you see when you walk in, and a member of our team will greet you by name. If you are running late, call +19179477921 and we will hold your slot where the schedule allows.
Three things guests ask first

Yes. Every new guest meets with a practitioner before any vitamin infusion so we can review history, medications and goals, and confirm the service is appropriate. The consultation is short, included with your first booking and leaves you with a written plan.
Evenings and Saturdays fill about a week out, while weekday mornings usually have same-week openings. Members get priority booking. For corporate wellness days, reach out at least three weeks in advance so we can plan the schedule with your team.
Please give us at least twenty-four hours notice so the slot can be offered to someone else. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee, which is described in full in our Terms of Service.
